Cognito Forms

Cognito forms is only showing as a Trigger, and is not available as an action. I want to create a workflow that Connects my Agent CRM to Cognito forms. I know I might need to create seperate workflows, but when I create a new contact, or update an existing contact, I want it to do the same thing in Cognito forms.
