Hitpay

I am currently using Acuity scheduling software. It only allows for 3 payment gateways to be used with it: Paypal, Stripe and Square. However, I am using Hitpay and want to integrate it with Acuity.

I would like an automation such that everytime an appointment is scheduled on Acuity, a payment link would be created on Hitpay and sent to the customer via email or whatsapp. Then, when customer has made payment, I would like the Acuity system to reflect that payment is made. Is this possible?

This might required such a set-up:

• Acuity trigger: Appointment booking → Hitpay action: Create payment link

• Hitpay trigger (above Hitpay action: Create payment link) → Whatsapp/Gmail action: Send payment link to customer

• Hitpay trigger (Payment made) → Acuity action: Appointment is update with payment status and payment method
