Leadpages

I would like to get data from the Leadpages application and send it through to Active Campaign.

When a leadpages form is filled in, to pull through the First Name, Last Name, Email address and be able to add them to an Active Campaign List and have the option to add a tag in Active Campaign. As well as fill in any custom fields that are in the form and also represented in my Active Campaign account (e.g the response to a question or a dropdown box on the Leadpages form / landing page.)
