At this moment, we already have a way to retrieve data from Mautic through email (Mautic : Get Contact By Email" action step), but we need to send the email information in campaigns to known clients, for example in a survey, in the URL, and clients can see that we are using their email. It is easier to use the contact ID and with that, get all the information. Another case is to have this number synchronized in different applications like Hubspot, which can have 10 main email accounts associated with a user, and by having the Mautic ID synchronized, we can always trace it with the main email we use to contact us.
