Templett

Hello! I create editable invitations and cards for weddings, baby showers, birthdays, and funerals. I make these editable templates using Templett. Templett is an online editing platform that allows you to personalise and customise templates for a variety of events and occasions, including weddings, birthdays, and baby showers.

The customer purchases the product from me, then automatically receives an access link from the Templett application. With the link, they can access Templett's editor for free, where they can personalize their invitation. I sell these products on the Etsy marketplace, and two months ago, I created my Shopify store. Unfortunately, I cannot use Templett with Shopify because there is no direct integration. I contacted Templett's customer support, but they have been giving me false promises for a month, and nothing has happened. I need a solution where Templett can receive orders from my Shopify store through a webhook and send an activation link to the customer. I’ve invested a lot of work, time, and money in setting up my webshop. Without the connection to Templett, I cannot sell my products. Templett's website can be found here: https://templett.com/.
