Please create an action to Add Notes to A Deal in Zoho Bigin. It will help us to sync the emails/live chats with Zoho Bigin directly. As an example, if an existing lead sends us an email or contacts us through live chat and asks some questions then it will be automatically added in Zoho Bigin underneath that deal’s notes section. So that the salesperson knows what was the last communication with him.
